I wasn't a fan of lamb since childhood and this was the first time I'd cooked it, after I'd eaten it I felt like Gordon Ramsey... They were tender and juicy and fat wasn't to much or to little, just right.

Tandoori Lamb Chops

We bought the Super Sunday lamb chops & decided to marinate them in a tandoori yoghurt mix for 24 hours. Grilled for several mins on a high setting to get the slightly blackened look, served with flat breads & salads, the taste was amazing & the chops were so meaty. We will definitely be doing this again.
