Fantastic cut of beef

Ordered 2 of these - one was 650g, the other was 750g (roughly). Used them to cook up beef wellingtons. Sliced each in half and followed a recipe I've used before. The larger one was fantastic and almost exactly the same width the entire length. The smaller one did thin towards the end but not too much luckily. The resulting beef wellingtons were fantastic. The beef was very tender and had a lovely beef flavour. I'll be buying these again
