16oz Rump Steak

Disappointed.

Were do I start,firstly the meat looks nothing like on the videos on YouTube or the pictures, I had to trim fat off the meat to make it look anything like it ,then of course under weight, the carvery pack came up a bit short on the 1.2 kilo chicken only a kilo,I contacted bennets with a picture of the chicken on a scale and they promised a refund, its not arrived 2 weeks later.

The items were packed well, cooked well I like mine medium the meat is very tender easy to eat. I have not had better

Not as pictured

As previously bought 16oz steaks was surprised to fund these were the thickness of 8oz but double the length, very hard to present and cook due to the large area not fitting the pan. Wish they'd been as pictured as preferred them that way.
