We also offer a 24 hour click and collect service from all 5 of our shops. Simply select your pack and choose which shop you would like to collect from. Our click and collect service is a next-day service running from Monday to Friday, we will try our best to get your order ready for a Saturday however due to the current pandemic our shops are also incredibly busy and this may not be available. Therefore, any orders on a Friday may become available the next working day.

Working with our courier partner DPD we are able to provide tracked, safe and contactless delivery. We use the DPD-12 service meaning DPD will contact you with a 1 hour delivery slot with delivery guaranteed before 12 noon. We are able to offer nationwide delivery and are very proud of our family-ran online butchers.

Individual meat items are packed, wrapped and then placed into an insulative liner within our packaging boxes. The vast majority of our meat is vacuum packed which pumps a gas into the packaging which helps increase the shelf life of your meat when refrigerated, this does however have a slight gassy smell so don’t be put off by this! Once the order is put together within the liner, 3 food-safe ice gels are placed within the box to ensure the meat stays nice and chilled during its journey to you.

Our packaging box is 100% fully recyclable and the ice gels are also recyclable but please check with your local authority.
