Very simple to cook but do not overcook

Opened immediately to wrap and freeze. Fresh and neat as liver has to be. Haven't used it yet but cook up onions and crispy bits of bacon put on side make a good gravy gently and quickly fry the thawed liver with seasoning, mix it all up quickly season and serve with mash and peas. Makes me feel like a proper cook when I do it for some reason. Make it like you are in a hurry.
