I tried this before but received what you call your signature b bacon it does not seem to be dry cure as it gives off that white stuff when you fry it and spits a lot, very disappointed with it, and will not order it again, call it one thing or a other but don't call it both! It's either dry cure or signature. just make your mind up.

Split my pack up to freeze . The bacon is nice & thick & a good size. You could getaway with one rasher per buttie. Grills well without too much shrinkage. Worth the pennies
