16oz Sirloin Steaks

Short on weight

I haven’t tried the steak yet but sadly one was very under weight 12oz instead of 16oz and the other was barely 16oz being 15.5oz. That said the meat I have cooked has been very good. I would hesitate to use again due to the weight issue.

Sirloin experience.

The stakes arrived well packed, all vacuum sealed which I like as I freeze until needed. One of the steaks was not sealed properly, wasn't a problem as they were fresh soo I just cooked it up and had it for my dinner. The ribeye steaks looked lovely just the right cut, the only thing I felt a bit let down on was four of the sirloin steaks was the cut, thick fat, and I like fat, being on a carnivore diet, and a retired chef, but apart from the excessive fat the meat was cut on the biase and what started out the width of the fat ended very thin to the outside of the steak, which will make it very hard to cook

I’ve had previous orders from Bennett’s and the meat was beautiful. This order the sirloin and the ribeye was inedible just full of gristle. We had to bin it as it was that bad...
