1,5kg sliced belly pork

Ttasty enough.but size of slices was inconsistent. Some too thick some too thin.

Poor Quality and Bad Butchering

The Belly poor was very poorly cut, all of the strips were odd sizes. And one piece was just fat and skin. This was the first time I have used Bennetts as the meat on the channel always looked good. The truth is that what you see on the channel is not what you end up with. Buyer beware, the quality of the butchering was very poor.
