Dry cured bacon

The bacon is nice, however the packaging did not state that it is dry cured and it states that the meat content is 86% which means it has a high water content, meaning it’s not dry cured. I no longer have the packaging because I split the pack to freeze. I don’t think I will purchase again as I do not believe that the product is dry cured

Sea Side Infused

First couple of fry ups were disappointing due to salty taste. Then soaked the remainder in water for two hours, renewing water twice. That did the trick. Air fried from there and result was much better.
