Your sausage is top class ,well meaty and no shrinkage on cook8ng A real good blend of seasoning and tender casings, Don't change anything. Am guessing your Tomato sausage has the best,,, Cirio plum Tom's.

Bargain for price and flavour

Absolutely a bargain, worth every penny. Juicy, flavorsome, and as bulk worth the money. Would love to see them in Cumberland flavour as not a lover of the tomato ones. A+++

Great Sausages -- Confusing Website

Great Sausages -- I nearly didn't place an order as the Website had conflicting information and in some cases no information. The pop-up info bubble says £20 minimum order, but it wasn't for delivery to Scotland. Once I put the sausages in the Basket, I could see it was more like £40 minimum order. Anyway ... Like I said -- The Sausages are Great and better value than some others I have tasted. I also bought the (mildly) flavoured Tomato & Pork sausages, which are also well worth a try. Cooked gently, they keep their size and look / taste Great

Just fantastic

It's hard when you come from Yorkshire and live in the south, as I have done for 30 years and more. These sausages are the taste of home. Absolutely fantastic. Over the years, I've been very lucky to eat every kind of sausage there is but you can't beat a beautifully-made pork sausage. These are the real deal.
