Skewered succulent grade a chicken fillet stacked between two half onions coated with a flavour of your choice, either a hot & spicy red chilli mix, Salt & Pepper, Garlic Butter or a Jamaican Jerk glaze.

Preheat an oven to 180°c, remove the foil cover and place the aluminium tray onto a baking tray cook for 50 minutes until the juices run clear.
