Soft juicy Beef

I was wary as I’ve never had this cut so msg Bennett’s for cooking guidance. I pressure cooked half the joint. It was delicious. Made melt in the mouth roast dinner, 2 salads, thin slices for sandwiches and some bbq beef and rice with leftovers and still have another half in freezer.
