Nice chops

Its difficult to buy pork now that isn't full of water and that horrible white stuff, but these cooked up lovely in the air fryer. With regard to the 16oz ribeye steaks, i'm loath to complain at £6.50 each, but i've had three lots now and they are disappointing, with no marbling or fat in the steaks and only just edible even after tenderising and marinading.

Very nice chops but every one was underweight! Not 450 grams as advertised.
