Best chicken in long time

I don't use temperatures of times as I use insert probe when cooking meat, but mainly the breast meat was juicy and firm unlike many sold by big supermarkets. Would I buy again, yes if wanted meal for more than one or to make stock after cooking and eating, otherwise would buy portions of same bird if on sale. Good taste and texture
