Wow!! This was massive, cut in half, slow roasted in the oven on a bed of onions, celery and carrots, it was absolutely mouthwatering, so tender, fabulous stock made beautiful gravy, I wish I had a freezer full of it…..delicious and excellent value for money, thank you so much Bennetts Butchers
