Never had one to eat before and I was disappointed with the amount of fat and shrinkage after cooking.

Delicious lamb

We had a lamb leg and the Barnsley chops. The leg had more meat than any lamb leg we have ever had and was delicious. The Barnsley chops I much prefer to standard lamb chops and have had ours minted each time and two per person with veg is an easy, filling tea.
